She was predeceased by: her parents, Swainie Simmons and Helen Waters. She is survived by: her children, Enrique Simmons and Lisa Simmons; and her sisters, Barbara Simmons and Jacqueline Wisher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
