He is survived by: his wife Tammy L. Adams; his sister Jacquelyn A. Bradley; his brother-in-law Wayne Bradley of Bowling Green, OH; his sons, Joseph R. Adams, III (Tiffany M. Adams) of Clayton, DE and David R. Adams of Austin, TX; and his grandchildren, Abby, Keely, Kiley, Kevin and Kamryn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
