He is survived by: his mother Beverly Gruwell (Michelle); his children, Mandy Sawyer (Dink), John Blevins and Jason Blevins (Stacy); his grandchildren, Ryan Sawyer, Madison Blevins, Jake Blevins and Clayton Blevins; his stepchildren, Gabrielle Wyatt (Justin), Jonathan Rathje (Holly) and Bradlee Pace; and his stepgrandchildren, Promise Rowlands, Brynna Wyatt, Brayleigh Wyatt, Kali Rathje and Leo Rathje.
