He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Cavett and Barbara Cavett (Wenda); his wife Cynthia Cavett (Guenzer); his siblings, Alex Cavett (Rebecca) and Rebecca Scott (Brian); his nephew Michael; his brother Steve Cavett; and his nieces, Marissa and Nikki Cavett. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
