He is survived by: his wife Linda Kurry; his children, Donna Schwartz (Lewis), Jeff (Michelle) and Shaun Kurry (Jaime); and his grandchildren, Mandy Sawyer, John Blevins, Jason Blevins, Ashley Joiner, Taylor Rhoades and Caitlyn Kurry.
