We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2023, at the age of 91, James Joseph Kelley of Smyrna, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Kelley and James Kelley; and his son Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Judith Kelley; his children, Doreen Kelley of West Chester, PA and Mark Kelley of Bradenton, FL; his grandchildren, Kyle, Jadian, Brenna, Grace, Jamie and Max; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Paityn and Eden.

All expressions of sympathy, including flowers, honorary donations, and cards are welcome.
