She is survived by: her sons, Noah J Williams Jr. (Tammi) of Smyrna, DE and David E William (Casey Cole) of Smyrna, DE; her grandchildren, Alexis Williams of Smyrna, Angel Williams of Hartly, Kaitlynn Williams of Smyrna, Damain Williams of Smyrna and Helen Williams of Smyrna; her great grandchildren, Emma McMullen of Smyrna, Richard Smith of Dover and Owen Slaughter Jr. of Hartly; her siblings, Linda Allen (Tommy) of Bear, DE, Terri A Miller (Al) of Marydel, MD, Debby Honaker (Bruce) of Clayton, DE, Arthur M Abrams Jr. (Sandy) of Falls Branch, TN, Dawn Sullivan (Jay) of Weare, NH and Mark Abrams (Joyce) of New Castle, DE; her sister-in-law Joanne Engle; and her close friends, Irene and Bob Smith of Smyrna, DE.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
