He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. O'Neal, Sr. and Paulena C. O'Neal; his brothers, Clearance R. O'Neal, Jr. and Michael Joseph O'Neal; his nephew Jason P. Pandel; and his niece Laura A. Lloyd.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. O'Neal; his children, Joseph H. O'Neal (Patricia Lowman), Heather D. Boots (Michael Boots), Jason Wishman, Ryan Duker and Brianna Taylor; his sisters, Lisa A. Lloyd (Mark Lloyd), P. Elizabeth "Beth" Pandel (Brent Pandel) and Kathleen M. O'Neal (David); his sister-in-law Kathy Y. O'Neal; his aunt Kathryn M. Morman; and his friends, Richard Chase, Jeff David (Pooh Bear), Wayne Gryzick and Ron Burnett (MeatBall). He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
