She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Wilson Jones and Elizabeth Mamie Jones (Ellis); her former husband Hartley Gray; and her daughter Debbie Gray. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Ann Hughes of Greensboro; and her son Paul Hartley Gray.
