He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina Cloak and William Cloak; his sisters, Eugenia Ebling and Terry Cloak; and his niece Ashley Cloak.
He is survived by: his wife Chantel Cloak of Wyoming, DE; his daughter Shawna Boulanger (Joshua Boulanger); his grandchildren, Destiny Cloak and Haylee Cloak; his daughter Rayna Cloak; his stepson Garry Church (Jordan Church); his grandchildren, Nicholas Boulanger and Sophia Boulanger; and his brother William Cloak (Crystal Cloak).
