He was predeceased by: his siblings, Melvin Shane, Mary Ellen Jenkins, Jean Johnson, Alfred Shane, Jr. and Betty Blanchfield; and his children, Douglas W. Shane, Jr. and Catina M. Isaacs.
He is survived by: his sons, Dougie and Michael W. Shane, Sr. (Clara); his brothers, Larry Shane (Harriet) and Donald Shane (Mary); his grandchildren, Erika L. Taylor (Krystin), Michael W. Shane, Jr., Grayson C. Isaacs, Rachel F. Isaacs and Wyatt W. Isaacs; and his great grandchildren, Braelyn and Jaydynn. He is also survived by extended family, many cousins and friends.
