She was predeceased by: her parent Raymond P. Legar; her husband Frank Neeman; her son Ronald Keith Tull; and her sisters, Marietta Ward and Elizabeth Price.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Legar (Carrow); her son Willis "Lex" Tull (Sandra) of Middletown; her granddaughters, Kimberly Eargle (Sid) of South Carolina and Kelly Tull of Middletown; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Eargle and Samantha Eargle. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
