She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Cox, Sr. and Mildred Wallace Cox; and her brothers, James H. Cox, Jr. and William Cox. She is survived by: her children, James Sparks of Smyrna, Emily Cox of Smyrna and Shelly Cox of Smyrna; her siblings, Mary Channell (Dave) of Maine, John Cox of Dover, Robert Cox (Donya) of Middletown and Michael Cox of Clayton; and her close friends, Lady Bug, Wanda Tucker, Teresa Jackson and Lilly Denning. She is also survived by 3 beautiful grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The family is seeking contributions to assist with funeral expenses.
