She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hamilton and Grace Dill; her husband Alfred Shane, Jr.; her brothers, James, John and Donald; and her daughter Phyllis Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Rawley (Donnie), Carol Knight (Michael), Brenda Shane and Jeff Shane (Linda); and her siblings, Pearl Fisher, Virginia Wasson and Leon Hamilton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
