He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lewis Collins and Goldie Elizabeth Collins (Coleman) of Dover; his son Jeffrey Collins; his grandson Tylie Lowman; and his great grandchild Noelani Lowman.
He is survived by: his wife Madeline Collins; his children, Virginia Martin (Beth) of Smyrna, William Collins (Nikki) of Camden and Tiffeny Collins of Clayton; his grandchildren, Kyria Lowman, Illiana Maul, Jakia Martin, Zayne Collins, Kannon Reed and Tristian Reed; his great grandchildren, Omeh, Omari and Nevaeh; and his sisters, Marylou Patel, Linda Pepper of Virginia and Diane Severson of Dover.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cheswold United Methodist Church (97 Main St, Cheswold, DE 19936). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the same location.
