She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Smith Jr. and Mary Agnes Smith. She is survived by: her husband Harold Warnett; her daughter Courtney Michelle; and her siblings, Janet (Roland), Betty (Napoleon), Teresa (Adrian), Diann, Billy, Sheila (Keith) and Eric (Angie). She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, 16 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
