He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Hazlett and Margret Hazlett (Gsell); his wife Virginia Hazlett (Sweetie); his sister Edith Hazlett Garretson; and his brother-in-law Jimmy.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Hazlett Dunn (Larry Dunn) of Clayton, DE; his granddaughters, Dawn Hazlett Horsey (Kevin) and Amanda Stewart (Dan); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Logan, Zackary Horsey, Jacqueline, Andrew and Hunter Stewart; and also, Donna Tucker, Colleen Baltimore, Dawn Johnson, Missy Green and Kim Whisler.
