David L. Foraker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David L. Foraker of Smyrna, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on September 18, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foraker and Virginia Foraker (Stumpf). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Foraker (Jester); his son D. J. Foraker (Nichole); his siblings, Bobby Foraker (Vicky), Jimmy Foraker (Judy), Carol Foraker, Elaine Foraker and Sharon Foraker; and his grandchildren, Darren, Katelynn and Miranda Foraker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
