He is survived by: his parent Carmen M. Alvarado; his son Nicholas Alvarado; his siblings, Miguel Alvarado, Carmen Wainwright, Andrea Alvarado, Lidia Alvarado, Carlos Alvarado, Angelo Alvarado, Norma Alvarado and Louis Alvarado; his nephew Anthony Alvarado; his niece Joann Wolfson; his great-nephew Todd Hollywood, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Tammy, Michael, Jenna and Justin; and the mother of his child Marialice Coombe.
