He is survived by: his wife Valerie Riddle Buckley of Smyrna; his son David Bender of Delmar; and his siblings, Alice Sockriter of Laurel, Bonnie Justice of Millsboro and Donald Buckley of Tuscon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
