She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fertal and Frances Fertal; and her brother John Fertal II. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Caroselli, Sharon Fortunato, Donna Richey (David) and Carol Santillo; her grandchildren, John Caroselli (Sara), Marissa Richey, Nicholas Caroselli and Madison Richey; her pet Marmie; her sister-in-law Elaine Fertal; and her nephews, John Fertal III and Chris Fertal (Deb).
