Blisard (Smyrna, Delaware), born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ernest T. Gatta; her siblings, Peggy and Ernest Gatta Jr.; and her son James C. Blisard III. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Blisard (Maureen) of Clayton, DE and David Blisard (Karen) of Eastown, WA; her siblings, Suzanne Haschak of Wilmington, DE and Jon Gatta (Phyllis) of Wilmington, DE; and her grandchildren, Bobby, Dawn (Scot), Brian (Tammy), Justin (Heather), Patrick (Heather), David (Tiffany), Allison (Ryan) and Carli.
