She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Urian and Charles Potzer. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Louise Potzer, Barbara Bailey, Fay Lawrence (John), Tom Urian and Charlie Potzer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charlotte's memory may be made to Smyrna Wesleyan Church, 433 W. Commerce Street, Smyrna, DE 19977.
