He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Charles Jr. (Leslie), Kelly (David) and Steven (Mary Kate); his grandchildren, Kenedie, Camden, David Jr. (Alyssa), Amanda (Ryan), Sydney, Reese, Addison, Bethany, Allison and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Dylan and Sienna.
