He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hayes and Lucy Ann Hayes (Czajkowski); his wife Hedwig Hayes (Hattie); his siblings, Elizabeth Boan (Betty), Joseph Hayes (Rocky) and Theresa Ann George; and his son-in-law Frank Tull.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Hayes and Barbara Tull of Smyrna; his brother Robert Hayes; his grandchildren, Amanda Ryan (Fred), Christopher Hayes and Becca Taylor (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Jaxson Ryan, Anthony Hayes and Rylee Taylor.
