He was predeceased by: his wife Shelley Blue; and his parents, Stanford Blue and Annie Blue. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Blue, Charles Blue Jr. and Jessica Blue-Avorgbedor (Bright); his grandchildren, Brandon Jr., Korri, Levi, Jael and Lewis; and his siblings, Donnie (Julia), Joseph, Jerry (Valerie), Patricia, Brenda and Shirley. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
