Dixon Penuel (Smyrna, Delaware), born in Dover, Delaware, who passed away on August 25, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent James McBride; and her former husbands, Albert Dixon and Joseph Penuel. She is survived by: her parent Ida McBride; her daughter Beronica Moore (Presley); her grandchildren, Myra Carey (Robert) and Karen Moore; and her great grandchild Robby Carey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
