Betty Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Mannon and Mary Mannon; and her siblings, Paul, Wilson Mannon, Eleanor Davis and Mildred Duff.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy E. Johnson, Jr. (Lynn) and Laura Jean Asbury (Dane); her grandchildren, Bobby, Curtis, Kelly Asbury, Katie Lee and Clark Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Allie, Reagan Lee and Roman Asbury.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 9:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faries Funeral Directors (29 S Main St, Smyrna, DE 19977). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
