It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Batista Russ (Smyrna, Delaware), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Beatrice E. Groves, Merrill O. Russ, Charles Palmer and Catherine Palmer; and her father James W. Palmer.

She is survived by: her mother Sara Lorraine Russ; and her siblings, Deborah Smith, James Palmer Jr., William O. Russ, Teresa A. Wilson, Jason Palmer and Christina L. Taylor. She is also survived by 10 nieces, 9 nephews, 1 grandnephew, 6 Aunts, 3 Uncles and a host cousins and friends.
