It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Elaine Blevins (Smyrna, Delaware), who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank B. Clough and Elva Reynolds Clough; her brother Bruce E. Clough; her brother-in-law Richard Blevins; her aunt Ruth Strickland; and her uncles, Charles and Aaron Reynolds.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacquelyn E. Blevins and B. Joanne Blevins-Gannon; her son-in-law Michael VanHorn; her aunt Marie Reynolds; her cousin Janice Qi; and her daughters, Jordana and Lydia Qi. She is also survived by daughters' teammates, classmates and friends.
A graveside service following COVID protocols will be held at 10am on Friday, April 16th 2021 at Glenwood Cemetery in Smyrna DE.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Barbara's name to Shriners Hospitals for Children at donate.lovetotherescue.org.
