It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alta Lowman (Smyrna, Delaware), who passed away on May 3, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Judy Keech; and her niece Nicole Tubbs. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" W. Lowman; her children, Virginia "Beth" Lowman, Jeremy Knight, Robert "Robby" Lowman II (Amanda) and Amy Lowman; her siblings, William Rogers (Terri) and Karen Neiman (Brian); her grandchildren, Isaiah, Joseph, Jeremy, Dacota, Kelsey, Justin, Jaelynn, Allison, Daniel and Layla Jane; and also, van and Virginia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and the best friends.
