He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Davis Lyden. He is survived by: his father Thomas Allen Phelps; his wife Tina Bilbrough of Smyrna; his son Christopher Scott Manganelli (Alene) of Smyrna; his sisters, Edith Hope Byrd and Peggy Lynn Lane (Ed) of Chesapeake, VA; his nephew Terry Byrd, Jr. (Tisha); his nieces, Lisa Byrd and Britney Byrd; and his friends, Dee, Terry, Paul Goldman, Big Tommy Ayers, Larry Dulaney, Mike (Lori) and John Tippitt. He is also survived by four great nephews; two great nieces.
