He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Long Sr. and Florence Long (DeRemer); his wife Joan Hudson Long; his brothers, Richard Long and William Long; and his son-in-law Gary Ingram.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Ingram of Milford and Lisa Casale (Mike) of Dagsboro; his siblings, James Long (Carol) of Weatherford, TX and Carol Long Sweet (Robert) of West Grove, PA; his grandchildren, Kristine Ingram of Milford, DE, Brandon Jump (Michelle) of Richmond, VA, Emily Pedrotti (Tony) of Syracuse, NY, Michael Casale (Alyssa) of Frankford, DE and Garrett Casale (Ashley) of Millsboro, DE; and his great grandchildren, Isabel Jump, Michael Casale III and Avery Pedrotti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
