We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 83, William Edward Paxson of Selbyville, Delaware, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lodge and Margaret Ann Paxson (Gormley); and his brother Robert L. Paxson. He is survived by: his wife Judith M. Paxson of Selbyville; his daughters, Debra A. Garrigus of Selbyville and Tammy L. Cross of Frederick, MD; his grandchildren, Ricky, Kevin, Kiley Cross, Casey and Sean Garrigus; and his sister-in-law Betty Davis of Wallback, WV..

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, New York 10306.
