He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred Miller and Helen Miller. He is survived by: his wife Susan S. Miller; his children, Louis William "Bill" Miller of Nevada City, California and Amy Gromada (Andy) of Taneytown, MD; his sister Sue Crovo of Ellicott City, MD; his grandchildren, Roxy Miller, Josh Fonseca and Andrew Fonseca; and his great grandchildren, Oliver Fonseca and George Fonseca.
