He is survived by: his wife Hang Bouaphakeo (Sayarath); his children, Dawn Phanousith (Sam) of West Fenwick, DE, Somphone "Som" Webster (Forrest) of Milton, DE, Homhouanh "Hom" Bouaphakeo and Vanphab "Vance" Bouaphakeo (Samantha) of Salisbury, MD.; his grandchildren, Christopher Phanousith, Brian Phanousith (Gabrielle) of Frankford, DE, Scott Webster of Milton, DE and Adeline Bouaphakeo of Salisbury, MD; his great grandchildren, Kira of Frankford, DE and Misa Phanousith of Frankford, DE; his pet Jackpot Phanousith; his brother Loung Sayarath (Laos) of Nakok; and his extended family Thailand. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
