With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Howard Dougherty of Selbyville, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dougherty and Margaret Dougherty; and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Michael S. Dougherty (Kristin) and Katie Kenny; his siblings, Linda, Brian, Carol and Jim; his close friend Georgia Bresch; and his spouse Jacci Kenny.
