He was predeceased by : his great-grandparent Lee Menear. He is survived by : his parents, Daniel Dolina and Jennifer Cavanaugh; his siblings Samantha; his grandparents, Gordon Cavanaugh and Phyllis Cavanaugh; his uncle Chris Cavanaugh; his cousins, and his great-aunt Beth Cavanaugh.
