He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Offutt and Marie Offutt; and his brother Harry Offutt, III. He is survived by: his significant other Francine; his daughters, Tabatha (Bobby) and Jennifer (Jason); his brother Thomas (Linda); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Robyn, Samuel, Emily, Bre, Calia and JJ; and his great grandchildren, Niklaus and Lochlain.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home (19 S Main St, Selbyville, DE 19975). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
