He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace I. Tingle and Hilda M. Tingle (Steen); and his daughter Leanne L. Tingle. He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Tingle (Pepper); his daughter Nancy T. West (Michael W. West); and his siblings, Falyn Tingle, Brian Tingle and Gary Tingle.
