She was predeceased by: her parents, Hassell Vass and Iva Vass (Rakes); and her son John Ballman. She is survived by: her husband Paul F. Pikla of Selbyville; and her grandchildren, Taylor Ballman, Zachary Ballman and Brittany Barys. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
