He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Max and Hilda Anna Anderson (Murray); and his grandson David E. Rowe Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy C. Anderson of Salisbury; his daughters, Barbara A. Agee (Craig) of Calera, AL, Teresa A. Rowe (David) of Rehoboth Beach and Kathy M. Quillen (Norman) of Oxford, PA; his brothers, Gary Anderson of Millsboro, Leon Anderson of Millsboro and Alan Anderson of Millsboro; his grandchildren, Ashley Anderson, Heather Rowe, James Lewis, Carrie Lee Lewis and Norman Quillen; and his great grandchildren, Lily Rowe, Abraham Rowe and David Rowe.
