He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Evans and Louise Evans; and his sister Harriett Evans. He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Evans; his daughter Lisa R. West (Scott) of Millsboro; his siblings, Barry Evans (Cindy) of Dagsboro, Brasure Lynch of Selbyville, Dolores Murray (Clifton) of Selbyville and Dawn Becker (Josh) of Claymont; his granddaughter Kristi Rowe (Kevin) of Ocean View; his great grandchild Weston Rowe; his aunt Ruth Davis of Ocean View; and his pets, Ginger and Max.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Redmen's Cemetery.
