He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Wells and Esther Sherman Wells; his wife Dorothy Wells; and his siblings, George Sargent Wells, Barbara J, Cleda and Wanda.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia McCormick, Susan Wells, Pamela Wells and Sherry Phoebus; his grandsons, Michael McCormick (Cary) and Shaun McCormick (Jade); his great grandchildren, Lauren Williams, Kylie McCormick, Raven McCormick, Sophie McCormick and Liam McCormick; and his niece Robin McEnerney.
