She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Paul Neuberger and Marie Regina Neuberger (George); her husband Loney Franklin Ingram, III; and her siblings, George Neuberger and Regina Marie Wolf.

She is survived by: her sons, Frank James Ingram (Joe) of Baltimore, MD and Philip Paul Ingram Sr. (Deborah) of Perryville, MD; her brother Hilbert Emil Neuberger of Selbyville, DE; her grandchildren, Philip Paul Ingram, Jr., John Paul Ingram (Molly) of Tucson, AZ and Grace Barbara Ingram; and her great grandchild Leia Theodora Ingram.
