He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Jenny Hudson Clark; and his siblings, Bill, Paul Clark, Sarah and Gertrude Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Clark of Selbyville, DE; his children, Levin A. Clark, Jr. of Georgetown, DE, Tammy Clark of Millsboro, DE, Jeff Clark (Dannette) of Dagsboro, DE and Billy Clark (Amy) of Selbyville, DE.; his siblings, Mary Hall (Elmer) of Selbyville, DE, Tom Clark (Diane) of Berlin and Charles Clark of Selbyville; his grandchildren, Adam Clark (Deanna), Justin Clark, Karrah Clark, Logan Clark and Katie Clark; and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn and Kaya Clark. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews extended family members and friends.
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, masks and social distancing will be required as well as limited seating for the service.
