He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Sterling Price and Maude Price (Burdette); his wife Regina C. Price; and his sister Marylee Buchly. He is survived by: his children, Craig S. Price (Michele) of Edgewater, MD, Kirk C. Price (Kristine) of Sterling, VA and Linda J. P. Kirks (Ken) of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
