She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Toliver Allen and Mary Ella Allen (Ezelle); her husband Arthur T. Dearstine; and her children, Carol J. Maxwell and Richard A. Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence B. Parker III (Mildred) of Selbyville, DE and Barbara J. Barnard of Silver Spring, MD. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren.
