He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Campbell, Jr. and Marie R. Campbell; and his daughter Shelby Alison Campbell. He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Garvey (Mark), Kathy Reese (Bill) and Frank J. Campbell, III (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Ian Campbell (Megan), Kaitlin Garvey, Leighton and Aubrey Campbell; and also Twila Kellogg.
