She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Maddox and Amelia Julia Jenkins (Merz); her stepson Bernie Weiss; and her brother John Michael Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Weiss; her daughters, Joanne Vitanza and Valerie Weiss; her sons-in-law, Ray Rupel and Sam Weiss; her stepson Chris Weiss; her grandchildren, Cadence and Logan Weiss; and her siblings, Samuel, Robert, Ron, Steven Jenkins, Sandra Carrig and Sharon Schulz. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
